Capers is known for " our steak by the ounce" . We offer many optinons for each persons specific pallet. From our salad bar, soups of the day and daily special there's something on the menu thats budget friendly.

    Steaks over 18 Oz. other than T-Bones - Must be BUTTERFLIED if  ordered medium well or well. Please allow for a variance of plus or minus 6 Oz. We cannot guarantee any steak ordered medium well or well done.
